The role of the accounting authority
The Accounting Authority acts as a billing intermediary between the mobile radio and satellite stations onboard of vessels and service providers – Coast Radio Stations and Land Earth Station Operators. With six accounting authority codes we are able to serve vessels under various flags.

POINT OF SERVICE ACTIVATION (PSA)
Navibulgar Services Ltd. performs all transactions – activation, deactivation, barring, unbarring etc., in Inmarsat electronic system by PSA 1060 or in partnership with other PSAs.
